Payment is due within 5 days of purchase as we accept Paypal, Personal and Business cheque and Bank Deposit. To save delay in sending purchases please make sure to use your user ID.
Please contact us through if you would like pay with your credit card over the phone, or transfer the payment to our Westpac bank account.
Once payment is received our items are carefully packed and posted within 48hrs usually quicker except for weekends in which case will be sent off first thing Monday. As much as we take care to package items for transit no responsibility is held for items becoming lost or damaged during transit. Items will be shipped by Australian Post or Courier service.
Orders which are sent with our Courier require a delivery address and signature. Please make sure to provide a delivery address where someone will be available to accept the delivery. If no one is available for delivery, a card will be left for you to pick up your purchase from the Couriers Depot or Australia Post. If you request redelivery or redirect a fee will be charged.

Warranty & Returns
Refund & Returns Policy
If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase we will give you a 10 day money-back guarantee from the time you receive the goods. Please email us through within that time if you are not satisfied with your purchase so that we can resolve any problems.
This refund policy does not apply to goods which have been worn or used, damaged after delivery, or if any attempt has been made to alter the product or if they have been dropped or broken. All products must be returned in their original condition and in original packaging . All postage and insurance costs are to be paid by the buyer. We recommend that you return the product Registered post and that you pre pay all postage. You assume any risk of lost, theft or damaged goods during transit; therefore we advise you take out shipment registration of insurance with your postal carrier. Jaybecs will not be responsible for parcels lost or damaged in transit if you choose not to insure.
We do ask you purchase carefully and if you change your mind we need to be notified within 10 days of delivery of the item. Please note a 20% restocking fee, and freight cost will be deducted from the refund. The item needs to be returned in brand new condition and unopened packaging.
Unless otherwise specified, all Products are covered by the warranty of the original manufacturer the terms of which vary from Product to Product.
Jaybecs will undertake any action we deem appropriate to rectify the fault including, but not limited to replacing the Products sending back to manufacturer for repair.
Warranty does not cover:
The damage to a Product is of a general wear and tear misuse of products
Purchaser or other unauthorized person/agent attempts to repair or modify the product
Damage to product during transit and storage
Purchaser is responsible for retaining invoices as proof of purchase required for claiming under warranties.
All warranty claims must be made as soon as possible. Please contact us through with the following details:

- Date of purchase
- Contact details for regular business hours
- We also require photo's and video evidence
